Job summary

The Pennsylvania Psychological Association seeks a busy Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician in Springfield, IL. You will handle autism and neurodevelopmental evaluations, with 3-4 new patients weekly and 5-6 follow-ups daily, using 90-minute new visits and 30-minute follow-ups.

ADOS testing and behavioral assessments are integrated into the workflow. This role offers a hybrid in-person/telehealth schedule with immediate patient volume and strong academic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatrician with developmental-behavioral expertise.
• Experience in autism and neurodevelopmental evaluations is required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume clinical setting with academic collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental evaluations.
• Manage 3-4 new patients/week and 5-6 follow-ups/day.
• Lead 90-min new visits and 30-min follow-ups.
• Incorporate ADOS testing and behavioral assessments into workflow.
• Operate a hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth).
