Job summary

MePA in Springfield, IL seeks a Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician to join a busy, high-impact program with an existing patient backlog. You will evaluate autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental concerns, seeing 3–4 new patients per week with 5–6 follow-ups daily, including ADOS testing integrated into the workflow.

The role offers hybrid scheduling, strong academic collaboration and immediate patient volume.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental concerns.
• Experience with ADOS testing and related behavioral assessments.

Responsibilities

• Focus on autism, ADHD, and neurodevelopmental evaluations.
• Conduct 90‑min new visits and 30‑min follow-ups; perform ADOS testing as part of workflow.
• Provide hybrid in‑person and telehealth care; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
