Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting production or process-related activities.
• Exposure to automotive or high volume production preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in fixture repair, adjustment, and validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure robust process development and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Monitor process performance and support capability improvements.
• Provide daily technical support for production operations.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plans
