Job summary

Magna International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Clinton, TN, responsible for the end-to-end ownership of manufacturing processes. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient production while meeting quality and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics, and a strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supporting production or process related activities.
• Strong technical expertise in fixture repair, adjustment, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Define and update Work Instructions, PFMEA, and process parameters.
• Monitor process performance and support capability improvements.
