This is a role for a cryptocurrency trading firm that is looking for a software engineer to help build it's algorithmic trading systems. You will be working on high-frequency trading technology specializing in crypto, with a focus on automation, system integrity and optimization, and reliability engineering, primarily using C++ and/or Python. This is a remote opportunity in the US.

Requirements

- Strong ability with C++ and/or Python

- Experience building reliable and finely-tuned trading systems, including data and database engineering

- Background in high-frequency trading, ideally for cryptocurrencies, including using containerization (Docker)

- NoSQL experience (or other data processing systems that are real-time)

- Linux background is a plus

- Prior work with Prometheus and Grafana is a plus
