Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Longview, TX. This is a 1st shift role with weekly pay based on production. Workers load/unload goods, handle a range of weights, and may advance with training. We offer a high-performance culture, safety incentives, and opportunities to travel to other Capstone sites.

All applicants must be 18+, pass drug testing and background checks; prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; work is fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; training available.
• All candidates must be 18+ and pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods by hand and with equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and follow site procedures.
