Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Winchester, VA to perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, and related duties at our site. The role is fast-paced and physical, requiring lifting 25-75 lbs.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is provided; you will join a team that values high performance and community impact.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; work is fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
