Job summary

Domino's is seeking a high-energy team player to assist the General Manager with daily operations, staffing, and customer relations. You will mentor crew members, uphold Domino's image standards, manage inventory and costs, and ensure timely, accurate service.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, policy adherence, and dependable transportation to support a fast-paced store environment with weekly pay and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean store and equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating daily operations.
• Mentor and develop team members by example.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management and time management responsibilities.
• Provide great customer service and effective service recovery.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness.
