Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Line Cook preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English language – both written and oral
• Basic mathematical skills to calculate portions, measurements, and recipes
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced environment
• Must be able to multitask
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of food storage requirements, hot and cold
