Job summary

Focus Group Services, LLC is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our kitchen team supporting fast-casual concepts on military installations and local communities. You will participate in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high kitchen standards to ensure consistent, high-quality meals for every guest.

This hourly, non-exempt position offers flexible scheduling and potential overtime. Prior BOH or fast-casual experience is helpful but not required; we provide instruction on

Qualifications

• BOH/kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience in fast-casual environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep guides, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble items according to brand recipes and portions.
• Perform prep duties: chopping, marinating, breading, portioning, stocking.
• Operate woks, grills, fryers, ovens, and prep tools safely.
• Cook proteins, vegetables, sauces, rice, and sides with speed and quality.
• Produce made-to-order bowls, plates, burritos, tacos, wraps, salads, and chicken meals.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature controls.
