Job summary

The Little Gym Arlington/Mansfield is seeking an energetic and engaging instructor to lead gymnastics, movement, and enrichment classes for children from 4 months to 12 years. Bring your enthusiasm, connect with kids, and make every class a fun, safe learning experience.

You'll train on the job, receive paid training, and have a clear growth path within a professionally run gym. Weekend mornings are required, with additional weekday hours available.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
Must be naturally expressive, animated, and enthusiastic.
Ability to check personal life at the door for every class.
Reliable, consistent, and punctual.
Strong communication with children and adults.
Physically able for high-energy classes.

Responsibilities

Lead gymnastics, movement, dance, and enrichment classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years.
Bring full energy to back-to-back classes including weekend mornings.
Connect with kids at all developmental stages and adapt on the fly.
Build relationships with families to create a welcoming home-like environment.
Assist with birthday parties and special events.
Keep the gym safe, clean, and organized.
