The Little Gym Arlington/Mansfield is seeking an energetic and engaging instructor to lead gymnastics, movement, and enrichment classes for children from 4 months to 12 years. Bring your enthusiasm, connect with kids, and make every class a fun, safe learning experience.

You'll train on the job, receive paid training, and have a clear growth path within a professionally run gym. Weekend mornings are required, with additional weekday hours available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• Must be naturally expressive, animated, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to check personal life at the door for every class.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an instructor who brings Miss Rachel-level energy to the gym floor every single class. Animated. Warm. Completely in their element with little ones. This is a performance role as much as it is a coaching role, and we need someone who gets that and loves it. Here's the truth: the children and families we serve deserve your best every single time they walk through that door. Not your best when things are going well — your best, period. What You'll Do

• Lead gymnastics, movement, dance, and enrichment classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years
• Bring your full energy to every class — back-to-back sessions, weekend mornings included
• Connect genuinely with kids at every developmental stage and adapt on the fly
• Build relationships with families that make them feel like this is their second home
• Assist with birthday parties and special events
• Keep the gym safe, clean, and organized

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday mornings are our busiest, highest-energy time of the week and are required for this role. Weekday hours are available as well. Consistency matters — our families count on seeing the same great instructor week after week.

• Naturally expressive, animated, and enthusiastic — you don't perform energy, you have it
• Genuine love for babies, toddlers, and kids (this is obvious in person and you know if it's you)
• The ability to check whatever is happening in your personal life at the door — every class, every time
• Self-motivated and takes pride in going above the minimum — these kids deserve your best and you know it
• Reliable and consistent — our families plan their week around our schedule
• Strong communicator with both children and adults
• Physical stamina for active, high-energy classes
• 18+ and able to pass a background check

Bonus Points For

Gymnastics, dance, cheer, theater, or performing arts background; early childhood education or coaching experience; CPR/First Aid certification
