Job summary

VASA Fitness in Longmont, CO is seeking energetic Group Fitness Instructors to lead a variety of class formats. You’ll motivate members, ensure safe technique, greet participants, and foster a welcoming, energetic studio atmosphere. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with a pay range of $21.00–$28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Current format certification and CPR/AED are required. VASA offers competitive benefits and perks, including gym memberships for employees and health coverage

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of group fitness or personal training experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Must hold current certification for the format.
• Yoga or cycle certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes in multiple formats with high energy and clear instruction.
• Ensure safety and correct form, monitor participants during class.
• Greet members, be approachable and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe class environment before and after sessions.
