Chuze Fitness in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking energetic Fit Pros to lead open yoga classes (flow, power, sculpt, or barre). Classes are scheduled Friday 5pm, Saturday 7:15am, and Sunday 8:30am with pay ranging from $24.42 to $30.52 per hour, based on experience.

As a member of the Chuze team, you will deliver safe, high-energy sessions, build community, maintain equipment and cleanliness, and participate in onboarding, training, and department activities.

Formación

• Fitness professional with a current, nationally recognized certification.
• Ability to motivate a large group and provide cueing for all fitness levels.
• Excellent team-based communication and feedback skills.
• Proficient with basic Audio/Visual equipment.
• Organized self-starter with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• CPR/First Aid certified.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, high-energy classes that build community and help participants reach their fitness goals.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with a consistent class schedule and strong rapport.
• Complete onboarding and training, and stay updated on class formats, programming, and company standards.
• Embrace feedback and coaching from fitness leadership to grow skills.
• Stay current on industry trends and certifications to bring fresh ideas to your classes.
• Collaborate with club teams and support member needs while promoting a positive culture.
• Participate in department meetings and events to grow class participation.
