Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches to deliver pre-designed workouts for groups of up to 40 members, energizing participants and teaching proper form while ensuring safety during heart-rate based workouts.

You will guide first-time guests through studio orientation, discuss goals, and assist members in selecting memberships. Certification, strong communication, and reliable scheduling are required, with opportunities to engage in community events.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fitness industry driving member-based results.
• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved certifying organization as well as CPR/AED.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics required.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to diverse groups of up to 40 members.
• Inspire, energize, and motivate clients throughout their sessions.
• Educate members on how to reach their goals.
• Ensure Member safety regarding heart rate and proper exercise technique.
• Provide exercise options to accommodate various skill levels and needs.
• Welcome and guide first-time guests through studio orientation and their first Orangetheory class experience.
• Conduct post-class consultations to discuss fitness goals and prescribe appropriate membership packages.
• Close membership sales for first-time prospects through a consultative approach.
• Perform studio cleaning guidelines provided by Head Coach at the end of each coaching block.
