Orangetheory Fitness is seeking dynamic Fitness Coaches to lead high-energy group workouts and drive member results. You will guide diverse groups, monitor heart-rate zones, and ensure safe, effective training experiences across sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry driving member-based results.
• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved certifying organization and CPR/AED.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of up to 40 members.
• Inspire, energize, and motivate clients during sessions.
• Educate members on how to reach their goals.
• Ensure member safety regarding heart rate and exercise technique.
• Provide options to accommodate various fitness levels and needs.
• Welcome first-time guests and guide studio orientation.
• Close membership sales for first-time prospects.
