Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking a Grade School Gymnastics Instructor to join our team in a part-time role. You will lead structured gymnastics activities for children aged 6-12, keeping sessions high-energy, safe, and fun.

You should enjoy working with kids and be capable of delivering engaging lessons while upholding our curriculum. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, reliability, and strong communication to help kids grow confidence and coordination in a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or coaching children.
• Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, or related field preferred.
• Must be energetic and able to engage groups with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging gymnastics classes for grade school-aged children.
• Teach fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
• Follow lesson plans while adding your own creativity and energy.
• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment.
• Assist with events such as birthday parties, camps, and special programs.
