Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Run food orders throughout restaurant.
• Stock glassware, flatware and napkins.
• Cart full bus trays to the dish area and replace empty bus trays.
• Sort dishes to expedite cleaning.
• Empty dining room trash cans as needed.
• Perform side work before, during and after shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist team members and management as needed.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Present professional attire and attitude.
• Must wear appropriate uniform.
