Orangetheory Fitness is hiring coaches to lead high-energy, science-backed workouts at our Danbury East/West and Ridgefield studios in CT. You’ll motivate and guide members of all fitness levels, celebrate progress, and contribute to a vibrant community focused on health and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or be willing to obtain one.
• Hold CPR/AED certification and be able to perform essential safety protocols.
• Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, reliability and a commitment to ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivating, science-backed Orangetheory workouts to members.
• Create an energetic, welcoming and inclusive class experience.
• Build genuine relationships with members and celebrate progress.
• Provide coaching, encouragement and accountability before, during and after class.
• Maintain a professional, positive, team-first attitude.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and studio staff to enhance the member experience.
