Qualifications

• Active Food Handler’s Certification required.
• Active TABC Certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of bartending in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and proper mixing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional personality.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math skills with the ability to perform accurate cash handling.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight (kegs, ice buckets).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to Texas Card House recipes.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar area with proper inventory management.
• Cash out customer bills accurately and efficiently.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and make personalized recommendations.
• Provide a fun, friendly atmosphere while staying professional.
• Observe for intoxication or underage drinking and act accordingly.
• Follow TABC regulations and responsible service practices.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment and glassware per sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with servers and staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.
