Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment is required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
- Share knowledge of the food menu and beverages.
- Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests.
- Serve guests in restaurant and golf areas with outstanding service.
- Ensure cleanliness of all food & beverage areas and gaming areas.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock supplies.
- Assist with inventory management and notify shortages.
- Comply with safety and sanitation laws and liquor regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Manage outdoor furniture and yard games storage.
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient service.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
