Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy.
• Bartending or restaurant experience is a plus—training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with laws
• Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
• Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste
• Collect and accurately process guest payments
• Limit problems related to excessive drinking
