Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, IN is hiring bartenders (front-of-house team members). As a Bartender, you’ll prepare and serve beverages, take orders, engage with guests, and help create a fun, social atmosphere during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and valid alcohol service certification as dictated by state policy.
• Friendly, outgoing attitude and ability to engage guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of multitasking across bar, service, and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar.
• Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience.
• Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area.
• Check identification for legal drinking age and comply with policies.
• Replace kegs and restock bottles as needed.
• Monitor inventory and control costs, track waste per standards.
• Process guest payments per Standard Procedures.
• Take orders from serving staff or Guests.
