Dowbuilt seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site construction for one-of-a-kind high-end residential projects. You will oversee safety, quality, and coordination with architects, designers, and owners, ensuring design intent is realized on schedule and within budget.
You will manage field crews, subcontractors, and foremen, while maintaining comprehensive documentation, plans, and communications with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and exemplary craftsmanship.
