Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3-4 maintenance team members across high-end residential properties.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and irrigation checks.
• Maintain the health and appearance of lawns, shrubs, flower beds, and ornamental plants.
• Train and guide crew members on job standards, safety practices, and proper horticultural techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members in English.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites; ensure tools and equipment are safely loaded and maintained.
• Monitor weather conditions and adapt schedules or plans accordingly.
• Report site issues, project updates, and crew attendance to management as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in a high-end residential setting.
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred.
• Basic English-speaking ability for team and client communication.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of horticultural care, irrigation systems, and landscape tools.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
