Job description

Forms+Surfaces is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects worldwide. Our product line includes walls, elevator interiors, site furnishings, and lighting, all designed to foster creativity and provide practical solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a High-End Metal Finisher to join our growing Pittsburgh manufacturing team. This role offers career advancement incentives based on performance.

Shift: Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use hand and belt sanders to finish products
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and drawings
• Remove dents, scratches, and defects from metal surfaces using hand and power tools
• Cut, burn, grind, sand, and drill materials as needed
• Ensure safety equipment is used properly and safety policies are followed
• Apply satin finishes to products

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or autobody fields
• Knowledge of power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, pull, lift, and carry items in a warehouse setting
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when necessary
