Job summary

Ivy Cabinets in Bentonville, Arkansas is seeking skilled cabinet makers to join a growing high-end shop. You will build and assemble custom cabinetry, read drawings, and operate woodworking machinery as needed.

We value pride in craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, dependability, and a team-first attitude. On-the-job training and tools are provided; compensation is based on experience.

This position offers a full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Cabinetmaking or related woodworking experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a team-first mentality.
• Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and wants to keep learning.
• Experience with CNC equipment, edgebanders, five-piece doors, finishing, or installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry.
• Operate woodworking machinery and equipment based on your experience.
• Read drawings, measure accurately, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
• Work alongside a skilled, supportive crew to keep projects moving.
• Assist with other stages of production, delivery, or installation as needed.
• Help continuously improve how we work.
