Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or related field.
• Strong understanding of woodworking tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to read measurements and work from drawings or specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials as required.
• Full-time schedule of approximately 45–50 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble cabinets according to specifications.
• Read cabinet drawings, measurements, and shop plans.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and cabinet materials.
• Operate woodworking equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cabinets meet quality, measurement, and finish standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Assist with cabinet installation and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help develop and improve cabinet shop processes as the division grows.
