Job summary

Holman Fort Lauderdale is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join the Holman family. You will perform repairs to dealership and factory standards, diagnose malfunctions, and stay current with diagnostic technology and reference materials.

You should have 4+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 are available.

Qualifications

• Aston Martin certified is highly desired or strong Land Rover/Mercedes-Benz experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy our background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
