Job summary

Holman is seeking skilled automotive technicians to join our Mainline team in Colorado. You will perform repairs per repair orders, diagnose faults, and maintain up-to-date diagnostic knowledge, ensuring quality work and safe operation of vehicles.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, relocation assistance, and a structured pay plan with 8-hour shifts and opportunities for overtime. A strong warehouse and dispatch system support your daily work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience.
• Technical Auto training or Land Rover certifications, ASEs are a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR or minimal violations.
• Willingness to undergo background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena.
