Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc. (AWG) is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector to fill orders for grocery stores using a Lucas headset and pallet jack. The role requires lifting heavy items, working in cold and hot environments, and maintaining safety standards.

Expect a 9:00am start with long shifts and potential weekend work. Starting pay is $20.94 per hour with over $29 per hour after four years, plus weekly incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and able to work weekends.
• Must pass a 90 lbs over-the-head lift test.
• Regularly able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (from room temp to -30°).
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders using Lucas headset system and pallet jack.
• Take orders to loading dock for shipment.
• Shift starts at 9:00am and continues until work is complete.
