Stellar Energy is seeking a motivated Solar Sales Consultant for Fresno, CA and surrounding areas. This full-time/contract role focuses on prospecting and closing solar deals, delivering ROI-focused presentations, and building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will earn $150,000–$325,000+ annually with an onboarding bonus, weekly pay, quarterly bonuses, and equity shares. Experience with solar products and a track record of quota attainment are preferred.

• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.

• Strong closer with excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical/financial details for homeowners.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive independently.

• Passion for renewable energy and helping California homeowners achieve energy independence.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
