Job summary

Big O Tires in Colorado Springs is seeking a Service Advisor / Assistant Manager to own the service drive, sell with integrity, and guide customers through repairs with clear explanations. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission in a fast-paced shop with ASE-certified techs and Master Techs on staff.

You will present maintenance recommendations in plain language, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customers understand what was done and why.

Qualifications

• Proven service sales experience required.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Able to explain repairs clearly to customers.
• Thorough, fast, and honest with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the service drive from check-in to delivery.
• Sell quality parts and products with integrity.
• Present maintenance recommendations in plain language.
