Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or server.
• Excellent mixing, garnishing and serving skills.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest incidents/complaints professionally and calmly.
• Provide friendly guest experience and take orders.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve drinks.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and maintain high standards.
