Job summary

Legacy Restoration in California is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners, canvass neighborhoods, and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This role offers performance-based earnings with average earnings around $100,000+ per year and uncapped commissions.

Vehicle stipend and gear are provided along with a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and engage homeowners to generate interest.
• Explain services (roofing, remodeling, restoration) and book appointments.
• Close deals and track progress to optimize performance.
• Work independently with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
