The candidate will diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing, deliver estimates, and ensure compliance with codes and company policies. We seek experienced plumbers who can maintain equipment, communicate clearly with customers, and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
• Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift per week
• Must provide own hand tools
• Must pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform service and repairs
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
• Provide clear estimates and explain repair/replacement options to customers
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in top condition
• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 night per week)
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
