Job summary

Rooter Solutions in San Jose is seeking experienced Hybrid Plumbing Technicians to join our team. You will perform plumbing installations, assist the sales department, and educate customers on plumbing systems while offering honest, effective repair and replacement solutions.

We value clean-cut, motivated professionals who are serious about growing their careers and succeeding with a strong team culture. Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays, benefits including health and dental, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing service, installation and sales.
• Ability to run sewer cameras and locate underground piping.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales department while performing plumbing installations.
• Educate customers on plumbing systems and provide honest, effective repair and replacement solutions.
• Perform plumbing installations and repairs as required by the company.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on site.
• Base schedule includes Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays.

We are searching for skilled plumbers with experience in both installation and sales who can assist our sales department while also performing plumbing installations as required by the company. Candidates must be confident educating customers on their plumbing systems and providing honest, effective repair and replacement solutions.
