• Active real estate license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or proven production.
• Full-time commitment including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow Mark Spain Real Estate processes and own results.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified appointments into closings.
• Follow the company process from appointment to closing.
• Prepare for each appointment and provide excellent client service.
• Collaborate with inside sales and support to maximize opportunities.
