Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend the best options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
