Omega Paint and Body, a division of Nelson Mazda and Nelson Nissan, is seeking a PDR Technician in the Tulsa area. Join a high-volume shop serving two franchise dealers and enjoy a performance-based pay plan with commissions.

Compensation ranges from $80K-$100K+ per year, with a guaranteed $1,900/week for the first 3 months, and potential to reach $150K+ in subsequent years. A valid driver’s license and drug/background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Previous PDR experience is required.
• Ability to handle high volume with two franchise dealers.
• Past 12 months in the PDR field.
• Strong communication and dependability.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for two high-volume dealers.
• Interact with Nelson Mazda Tulsa and Nelson Nissan staff and vendors.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the shop.
