Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction seeks motivated individuals from retail, hospitality and customer service to become high-earning Project Managers in Austin, Texas. You will lead outreach, guide homeowners through insurance processes, and manage projects as the face of the company from the first handshake to the final shingle.

Training is paid for 90 days with base pay plus per-claim bonuses and commissions. First-year reps target $100k–$150k; top veterans can exceed $500k.

Qualifications

• The Grit: competitive, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people.
• The Wheels: you’ll need a pickup truck or access to one within 60 days.
• The Heights: comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs with safety.
• The License: valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Community Outreach: meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: assist homeowners with insurance navigation to get home repairs.
• Managing Projects: be the face of Heritage Roofing & Construction from first handshake to final shingle.
