You will guide buyers through the full new-home sales process—from first visit to contract and closing—helping them select the community, homesite, floor plan, and options that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers visiting the model home.
• Build relationships with buyers and understand their needs, priorities, budget, and timeline.
• Educate buyers on Symphony Homes communities, floor plans, available homes, homesites, features, options, and the homebuilding process.
• Conduct effective model home, community, and homesite presentations.
• Consistently follow up with leads and prospective buyers by phone, text, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and actively manage prospects from initial inquiry through purchase.
• Prepare and present purchase agreements and other sales-related documents.
• Work closely with buyers throughout the contract, construction, and closing process.
• Develop strong relationships with local real estate agents and other referral partners.
• Maintain current knowledge of available inventory, pricing, incentives, community information, and competitive projects.
