Visionary Homes seeks a New Home Sales Consultant to represent and sell homes in our communities in Cache Valley, UT. Build strong relationships with customers, guide them through the home building and home buying process, and provide education about the process to help buyers make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate agent or able to obtain license.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate Visionary Homes value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
• Identify and understand customer goals and challenges to position Visionary Homes as the optimal solution.
• Address customer objections and facilitate the closing of sales.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions throughout the sales process, including loans, options, and construction.
• Continually seek out new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors through networking and outreach.
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the team.
• Attend sales meetings to stay up to date on company initiatives and strategies.
• Conduct all business activities with professionalism and integrity, prioritizing customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Cultivate positive relationships with prospective customers, realtors, and colleagues.
• Be responsible for overseeing and managing our model homes and communities.
