Job summary

SunVena Solar LLC is seeking an HVAC Maintenance & Service Technician to diagnose, service, and educate homeowners on equipment conditions and indoor air quality solutions. You will perform residential tune-ups, handle diagnostics, and ensure safety compliance.

The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with base pay, incentives, profit sharing, and commission on parts and accessories, along with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance and service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical competence.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including bending, lifting, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Accurately diagnose system issues and perform efficient service repairs.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their equipment and provide technical insights.
• Recommend necessary repairs and indoor air quality solutions when appropriate.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience on every visit.
• Collaborate with leadership to continually refine technical proficiency and communication skills.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document all calls and jobs according to company requirements.
• Manage company work vehicle, parts inventory, and assigned equipment.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.
