Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is hiring Licensed Hair Stylists in the United States. Your pay is performance-based, with average earnings from $45 to $88+ per hour (plus tips) and potential to reach $100K+ per year through service and retail commissions.

We offer up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, 12 price levels, marketing support to drive guests, and a range of benefits including PTO, health insurance, and 401(k). Walk-in clients and your own book help you grow quickly.

Qualifications

• A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book! We’ll help you grow it AND your commission from day one.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in guests are ready to work behind the chair.
• Marketing support drives guest traffic with in-salon promos.
• Grow your client book and earnings through service and retail sales.
