Qualifications

• Licensed Illinois dentist or eligible to practice dentistry in Illinois.
• Clinically confident with comprehensive dentistry.
• Efficient, growth-oriented, and production-minded.

Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive scope of dentistry including restorative procedures, endodontics, oral surgery (extractions), prosthetics, and periodontal therapy.
• Utilize technology and clinical support including intraoral scanners and milling units to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in monthly doctor meetings and hands-on mentorship.
• Collaborate with doctors and management in a leadership-oriented environment.
• Help grow into leadership or ownership roles.
