Dr. Big Smilez in Alton, Texas is a fast-growing general dentistry practice inviting a licensed general dentist to join a high-volume, well-supported team.

This full-time role features uncapped earning potential through 30–35% of collections, a daily guarantee, and a clear path to partnership for the right fit. You'll provide broad general dentistry, including crowns, root canals, fillings, SRPs with laser therapy, Invisalign, and implants as growth allows.

Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist in Texas, with ability to work in a high-volume general dentistry practice.
• Coachable and driven; able to stay busy and produce in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable across a broad scope of general dentistry and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of general dentistry including crowns, bridges, endo, fillings.
• Conduct laser periodontal therapy and SRP as part of routine care.
• Perform Invisalign and some implant procedures as experience grows.
• Provide exceptional patient care and build lasting relationships.
