Job summary

Toyota of Clovis, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Pay starts at $33.80 per hour with expected annual earnings of $70K–$115K based on productivity.

Ideal candidates have Toyota technician experience (or strong dealership background), 3+ years in a dealership, and ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dealership technician experience.
• Previous Toyota Technician experience highly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during service.
• Document repairs and communicate findings to Service Advisors.
