Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown is hiring Automotive Service Technicians and Mechanics. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles, using advanced tools and teamwork to ensure quality service. Prior Ford experience and ASE certification are preferred, with opportunities for growth and paid training.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Ford vehicles.
- ASE certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills and ability to work with a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; valid driver’s license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicle makes and models.
- Use state-of-the-art equipment and tools to complete repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete work orders on time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training programs.
