Qualifications

• MD/DO or DO/MD from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT surgical and clinical care across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Perform surgeries in Mattoon ORs and outpatient center with expansion opportunities.
• Design and establish flexible practice schedules (7-on/7-off or alternate weeks).
• Collaborate with internal referral networks to manage high-volume patient flow.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and follow-up care.
